My money is debited but the order is not confirmed.
In cases like this, your money is completely safe with us. Due to technical iissues, the amount sometimes debits but fails to process at the payment gateway. When this happens the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment went through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the original source of payment.

How will my order be delivered?
Within India, we ship through registered courier companies like Delhivery, BlueDart etc. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package and email us at info@weavorks.com or Call/Whatsapp us at + 91 87790 35919 Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM IST.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our return/exchange policies will be applicable.

Can you gift wrap my order?
We are environmentally conscious and use minimal paper etc. for packaging, however, if you’d like gift wrapping in addition, we’re happy to do so with our signature wrapping paper for a nominal charge of Rs. 100. Please select the option while checking out, and don’t forget to send a personalized message with your gift.

Are your products sustainable?
All our fabric is made from recycled cotton yarn, which is then hand dyed using Azo-free dyes and then handwoven to produce our finished products. We strive to leave a minimal carbon footprint and we do our bit to help the world we live in.

Can I choose Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) as a payment option?
Yes! You can choose Cash On Delivery as an option for payment but it will be charged at 100/- extra

Where can I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased online. You may pick one of the suggested denominations or enter the amount of your choice No offers/codes will be applicable while purchasing a Gift Card

How do I redeem my gift card?
To use your gift card for an online purchase, enter the gift card number in the box given on the right side of the shipping page and click on Apply. Then make any balance payment online via credit/debit card or netbanking.
